Due to the nature of these services—including the time spent, materials used, and the immediate submission or release of fingerprint cards and screening requests—no refunds are issued once payment is made.

This includes situations where:

  • The requesting agency rejects the fingerprints for reasons outside our control

  • A customer provides incorrect information

  • A customer changes their mind after booking or after services are performed

  • The agency, employer, or licensing board does not accept the results for any reason

  • Turnaround times vary based on external agencies
